• David Kulczycki, P.G., Regional Manager-Environmental Services at Jacob & Hefner Associates, Inc. With over 20 years of experience in site investigation, remediation, and risk-based closures, David brings deep expertise in identifying hidden liabilities during property acquisition and disposition.

• David Lutz, Environmental Manager at United Airlines. David offers a corporate perspective on environmental compliance, liability reporting, and emerging contaminants like PFAS - critical issues in both preacquisition and divestiture planning. 

• Larry Falbe, Principal at Miller Canfield. A seasoned environmental attorney, Larry provides legal insight into regulatory compliance, litigation, and transactional support, helping clients avoid costly pitfalls during property transfers. 

• Maria Smith, Ph.D., Chicago Regional Cultural Resources Practice Lead at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. Refunds are allowed with cancellation 48 hours' notice before the seminar. Substitutions are permitted for corporate members only.

IAEP will provide a certificate for 1.5 Professional Development Hours to each attendee.
